Birmingham-based engineering firm adi Group has been awarded an incredible number four ranking in Best Companies’ 2023 list of construction and engineering companies across the UK that have achieved the very best in workplace engagement.
The firm has also achieved a 2-star accreditation, surpassing the 1-star rating achieved in previous years and elevating its status as an ‘outstanding’ company to work for in 2023.
A nationally recognised scheme, Best Companies’ accreditation celebrates businesses that care about doing things right for their employees, showcasing a commitment to ensuring a happy and engaged workforce and an in-depth understanding of its importance.
And the rankings achieved by adi Group this year fully demonstrate this commitment, with the firm having made building a strong, engaged team of workers a vital part of its strategic goals.
