A Birmingham headquartered engineering firm is celebrating achieving its second consecutive Best Companies 1* accreditation recognising its outstanding levels of employee engagement.
The adi Group, which is headquartered in Kings Norton and has 12 regional sites across the UK and Ireland, was awarded for its high Best Companies Index score from the Best Companies survey, which measures how engaged people are at work and how they feel about their employer.
The Sunday Times Best Company programme looks closely at a company’ approach to employee wellbeing, leadership, personal growth, management, community engagement, teamwork, fair deals and the business as a whole, using staff feedback to gain insights. The Group, which has a workforce of over 600 employees, saw increased response rates with its leadership, responsible business initiatives and employee benefits each scoring highly.
