Birmingham based engineering firm, adi Group, is delighted to announce the appointment of Ian Hart as Business Development Director of adi Projects, a key pillar of the groups Vision 2020 growth strategy, which aims to more than double a turnover of £82 million to £200 million in the next four years.
A Chartered Mechanical Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, Ian brings with him a wealth of engineering, project management and business development experience, having worked in a number of sectors, including Food and Drink, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Chemicals and Data Centres, as well as a number of more specialist areas that align very well with adis multi-disciplinary service offering.
A lengthy and successful career has seen Ian work in a series of directorial roles and amass over 20 years of leadership experience. Ian has made notable contributions to some of the UKs market leading companies, including Veolia, Courtaulds Engineering, Laing Construction and Taylor Woodrow, and was a key figure in establishing the PM Group in Britain.
adis Group Strategic Account Director, James Sopwith, is excited by Ians appointment, seeing yet another win for the firm, which has enjoyed ongoing growth since it was founded by CEO, Alan Lusty, in 1990.
