Birmingham based engineering solutions firm, adi Group has been shortlisted in the Birmingham Post Business Awards 2017 for Contribution To Community.
The awards, organised by the Birmingham Post newspaper, celebrate success, recognise achievement and highlight the innovative people and companies in Birmingham who are putting the Midlands region on the map by boosting the economy while making a positive contribution to the local community.
The Contribution To The Community Category recognises companies that have demonstrated considerable dedication to corporate, social and ethical responsibility. The judging panel selected adi Group based on the firms substantial contribution to the community through its Engineering A Better Future Corporate Social Responsibility programme.
Through its CSR Programme, the Group supports numerous community-driven initiatives be it through supporting young people with work placements, supporting local causes through volunteering and/or fundraising activities, through to partnering with local schools to support students.

Our staff work tirelessly to support our community initiatives from mentoring placements and students, through to participating in fundraising and volunteering for our chosen charity of the year, Heart Research UK. This recognition is a testament to their hard work in making our impact on the wider local community such a success.
The awards final will take place on Wednesday October 18th at an awards ceremony at The ICC in Birmingham.
