The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) has awarded adi Group a prestigious Gold Award for excellence in health and safety practices.
The RoSPA awards, which receives entries from organisations around the world, recognised adi Group’s practices and achievements in helping its staff, customers, clients and contractors get home safely at the end of the working day.
The Award will be presented during a ceremony at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole hotel on Thursday, June 6, 2019.
Roy Cumberworth, Group IT & QHSE Director said, “As part of our entry, we had to demonstrate and provide evidence of a good health and safety management system by answering key performance questions and supporting these answers with a concise portfolio of relevant documentation.”
“In 2017 and 2018 we achieved the Silver RoSPA Award so for us to have now progressed to achieve the Gold award is fantastic news for our QHSE programme and a testament to the work employees are doing on a daily basis to keep our workplace safe.”
“Our goal for 2020 and beyond is to retain our Gold Award so that we can go on to achieve the Gold Medal RoSPA Award which is presented to companies that achieve gold standard for five consecutive years.”
