Apprenticeships are a big part of adi Groups talent stream and we are a proud member of The 5% Club. By joining the Club, we have committed to the aim of ensuring that within the next five years, 5% of our UK workforce are apprentices on structured earn and learn programmes.

Joining our apprentice academy gives you the opportunity to gain practical experience and develop your skills within the engineering industry. We run our programmes in collaboration with SEMTA, where youll work towards a nationally recognised qualification.
As part of the programme you will be working towards an Advanced Apprenticeship Level Three qualification. The initial engineering basics training will be broad based and you will be expected to attend training in association with SEMTA at a local college or training provider and to complete all assignments and modules set to a high standard to ensure you successfully complete your Apprenticeship.
