adi Group recently sponsored baskets and frisbees for The Big Frisbee Golf challenge held at Europes Biggest Disk Golf course in Mendip, Somerset.
The event, hosted by the Rotary Club of Wrington Vale, in collaboration with Mendip Outdoor Pursuits and Thatchers Cider, was held in aid of mental health charities working with children, teenagers and young adults, and other charities supported by the Rotary.
Neil Day, Operations Director at Thatchers Cider said, A massive thank you to you all for sponsoring the Big Frisbee Golf Event. We had a great day and the sun came out for most of it!
Over 600 people came along and had a go at the 54 basket laid out across the Mendips just above Sandford. All money and sponsorship raised after costs will be given directly to the mental health charities, and local charities supported by the Rotary Club.
A total of over £700 was raised on the day for the aforementioned charities associated with the Big Frisbee Event and the Rotary Club of Wrington Vale.
